The open, studio style bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a day bed/trundle (separated by a room divider curtain), a couch, full bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, towels, iron/iron board, TV with a DVD player and black out curtains. The living area is an open space as well with hard wood floors and ceilings, large windows, a small, fully equipped kitchen (including a multi cup Keurig with coffee and condiments, microwave, toaster, mini fridge and apartment size stove/oven), There is a bar with four stools., Bose radio/CD player, Smart TV, ample seating, dining nook and a half bath. and a wonderful front porch to relax on.

The Crumley Ranch House provides a rustic and comfortable setting for a relaxing overnight stay or a memorable special event. It is situated in the Texas Hill Country between Bee Cave and Dripping Springs off of Hamilton Pool Road and is conveniently located close to the many beautiful area parks, rivers and lakes as well as a multitude
The Crumley Ranch House provides a rustic and comfortable setting for a relaxing overnight stay or a memorable special event. It is situated in the Texas Hill Country between Bee Cave and Dripping Springs off of Hamilton Pool Road and is conveniently located close to the many beautiful area parks, rivers and lakes as well as a multitude of venues, breweries, wineries, entertainment, shopping and dining. It is about 30 minutes from downtown Austin. There is plenty of open outdoor space with ample seating as well as horseshoes, washers, bean bag toss, a web swing, two bench swings and landscape lighting, The huge oak trees create a beautiful canopy to enjoy year round. It is a great place to take in a beautiful sunset either from the grounds or from the front porch. There two fire pits(providing there is not a burn ban in effect and the conditions are not windy), an outdoor bar and a gas grill. If booking an event we will provide tables and chairs. As a venue the capacity is 80 (indoor capacity is up to 40 for a comfortable seated setting). We also have various decor items to rent as well as items such as a 40 cup coffee urn and linens.

Alanna is also an excellent resource for additional event rental needs. We have hosted birthday parties, retirement parties, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, baby showers, Holiday parties and just a quaint place to enjoy small gatherings. We are only minutes from the unique Star Hill Ranch Event Venue (many of our rehearsal dinners were hosted for couples celebrating their special wedding day at Star Hill - www.starhillranch.com).
